Challenge
The objective of the campaign was to measure effectiveness and build confidence around the online health system (with a focus on security) and encouraging more Australians to use the system as we head toward the digital health era.
Solution
The advertising creative was shown to people in the waiting room using our network of digital panels and television screens in general practices nationwide.
Result
The campaign was well received by the majority of respondents with a high number in agreement that they felt more confident about the system. A significant number of respondents indicated that they would take action after seeing this campaign.
